school Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Psychology, or comparable

hotel_class Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, experiential expertise is preferred.

work_history 40 hours per week

savings Salary depending on experience

surfing 25 vacation days per year.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for people with a need for help.

• Design and implement comprehensive care plans.

• Coordinate communication between clients, family and care teams.

• Continually evaluate and optimize treatments.

• Monitor the progress of the complete process from A-Z.

• Contact person for loved ones/family.

Required Education:

• Experience expert is not a must but a plus, at least 2 years working in health care.

• Prerequisites Microsoft Office, experience with EHR (electronic health record).
