Step 2

After we have received your application form, we will call you for a screening by phone. Together with one of our employees, your request for help will be mapped out. You will then be asked to fill out a registration form after which your registration process is final. 

Step 3

Depending on the programme you have chosen, your process will commence directly in the Netherlands or upon your arrival in Spain.

Montgó Lifestyle's multidisciplinary team helps you to dig deeper, to work on your mental and physical wellbeing and ensures you will get the appropriate nutrients to get your body back in balance.
